ecoNOW.com is a website built using Web 2.0 technology. It provides an internet space for the exchange of ideas. The website will offer white papers, links to other sites, podcasts, wikis and other technologies. Initial usage is intended to target the ranching community and is designed to extend into other segments. Funding is provided by direct owner investment, sponsorships and Google advertising techniques. Initial active users include ranch managers in Arizona actively involved in holistic range management. Contributors will build a community database of information to aid in designing a relative testing process to enable decisions to be made with consideration to environment, economic, and social issues.
