Strategic Plan for Use of Plug-In Hybrids in Government Fleets

Ms Kinkade-Levario is working on the concept of taking used soap, mainly from hotels, and rebatching it to be used as a lubricant for machinery and home uses. The soap is currently being disposed of with out any further use and adding to landfill waste. The soap is to be melted and reformed to be reused as a lubricant; therefore reducing the original environmental footprint of the original soap.
